About Phil

Philipp’s path is marked by a relentless pursuit of mastery, beginning with his foundational training at The Acting Corps in Los Angeles in 2009. This drive for comprehensive understanding then led him to the Munich Film Academy (2009-2011), where he explored the dual disciplines of acting and filmmaking, seeking to fully realize his artistic potential.

A turning point arrived in 2012, when he moved to London to delve into movement psychology with James Kemp. This exploration revealed the profound connection between physical expression and inner states, adding a dimension of subtle understanding to his performances.

In 2013, at the Susan Batson Studio in New York, he faced the raw power of human feeling, channeling it through Method Acting and the inner child technique. This immersion expanded his emotional range, allowing him to portray vulnerability with striking authenticity.

His personal development under Bernhard Hiller and Lisa Haisha in 2015 cultivated a deep understanding of emotional intelligence and self-awareness, grounding his work in truth and integrity.

From 2016 to 2018, he honed his focus and centered his spirit through the study of meditation, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi with Shaolin Master Shi Yang Bao. These practices cultivated an inner stillness and sharpened his mental clarity. Finally, in 2020, his study of Feng Shui and Chinese astrology with Master Chang Kim Hua integrated Eastern philosophies into his life and art, refining his understanding of harmony and cosmic alignment.

These experiences, interwoven, have shaped a holistic approach to acting and personal growth, where each element – mastery, inner understanding, emotional depth, integrity, focused energy, and cosmic harmony – contributes to a powerful and authentic expression.
